What is our “Trilemma”? Maybe it’s not three things we need to balance, but 2, 4, 5…
The point being, what are the trade-off decisions we need to balance and what are we ultimately optimizing for?
For me these come to mind:
Growth vs. Dilution
Fun vs. Profit
Open vs. Gated
Are there others?? Are these incorrect?
What should we optimize for?
Long term value accrual to stakeholders?
Growth?
Fun?
Fairness?
