Just saw this proposal on the HAL Plugin and I don’t think it really needs a Snapshot vote to be implemented (also it didn’t follow the template). Still wanted some discussion / thoughts on it though:

TLDR

  • Snapshot recently added a HAL plugin (hal.xyz)
  • The plugin allows users to receive notifications every time a new proposal is created or ends

Errrrrrrrrr is it safe? I wanted to ask that, but it seems to be just like Gnosis so I assume it’s safe.
