Delay the 3rd LAND auction

The land in the districts we haven’t touched yet, is of more value to new money, and the leftovers are of more value to the established player base. As the established player base also happens to be the ticket holders, it makes sense to have those lands be the the raffle lands, and to save the new districts for a GBM, timed for when we have the full economy launched(harvesters, guild channeling, estates)and when there has been a credible uptrend in macro market, that should be in effect through the time needed to schedule the GBM(like, midway between FED meetings, so that it’s right about where people are looking a safe place to be when the FUD drops)

The section that goes out to the front gates, could be released with the Aarena, as that’s when we would want to be sure that the area is populated.

Basically, I’m saying we could divide it up into three releases…

1st one - ticket blowout, end of frens, distribute the onesey twosies
2nd one - GBM for top row and side row, when guild channeling and harvester economy is out of alpha
3rd one - D1/portal zone and north to the Gate - GBM and Raffle using whatever new system is - scheduled for Aarena launch

We should not measure by the single value of assets, our assets are all denominated in ghst, if your asset is -50% but ghst+200%, you have no loss, ghst is highly resistant to volatility because of the mechanism of the curve, we More assets should be released while burning more ghst, if the curve mints 2 ghst and you burn one of them, then he can never redeem the last dai, so ghst has floor price

Interesting thought… are you saying that we could have the curve burn ghst equal to what the frens yield was supposed to equal, as they emit? That would be a pretty intense burn…

My current thinking is to burn some of the new lands and gotchi auction proceeds in the future so that the appreciation of GHST can offset the dilution of the new assets.

I think EVERYTHING should have a burn if it’s enough GHST to both dividing.

Burning ghst is not a bad thing, because the curve can cast ghst infinitely, but the casting cost will be higher and higher, and the reserve price will be higher and higher

There are no certainties in the game particularly in the early stage we are in .
The dev’s are in the best place to make decisions and we must adjust to accomodate changes …
Personally I purchased boosted parcels only to find that the value of the Alchemica was way less than my expectation … I have purchased drop tickets at 12 GHst which are now at less than 2 GHST due to Land raffle delays…
I am not complaining just pointing out there is no certainty about outcomes at this stage of development …
I have full confidence in the team and I am responsible for any decisions I make with my investments …
I am early to the table
Not going to blame any one but my self …
