I think it would be abundantly great if we had the option to bundle adjacent lands into one auction for ease of selling. I think this would be increasingly important as structures pop up on our lands which would include connecting walls.
An even more big brained idea would be the ability to “burn” two adjacent parcel NFTs and receive a new one. ie: burn two humbles and receive a 2x1 parcel. I reckon there’d need to be some restrictions (such as keeping the dimensions a rectangle) but this would have a deflationary effect on the parcels. Or it would just end up as a giant and total clusterfuck.
