He was one of the principal writers. The text is virtually identical to the text on the Miroboard and the drafts in this thread.
It does not follow the format for sigprops and should be reposted after being rewritten for that reason alone, not to mention the value of checking in with the group working on something before moving to the next step.
Also, I realized searching for it that itās not easy to find the template for sigprops. Anyone have it?

(Yes, procedure is important in a DAO. And there needs to be specific information, like which gotchis will get XP for the prop, and a link to this thread so voters can read the discussion before voting.)

This is officious power-tripping. Itās a proposal, that it does not contain your GotchiID does not invalidate the work done here or justify posting a redundant proposal. The link to the thread is at the bottom.

Itās literally on the board, next to the sigprop. I put the directions there so no one would do this.

Unfortunately, this prop will likely have to come down. It needs to follow the correct format with Gotchi IDās, vote duration, authors etc.
I appreciate that everyone is getting a bit frustrated with this topic but encourage all to take a step back and a break from the DAO to clear their heads.
We have 30 years to build and contribute to this game and this particular topic will eventually be one of the smallest issues we ever discuss. Please remember to respect each others opinions and avoid flaming other contributors no matter how different your views may be, weāll get through this together.
As mentioned previously, the miro board has the draft sigprop and we can chat more at tonights DAO meeting with Pixelcraft before posting.

The issue of groupthink is really threatening/afflicting this DAOā¦
Participants are becoming increasingly convinced that if the groupthink of whomever they interacted with in whatever channel agrees on something, itās time to hammer it through and go ad-hominem on any detractors.
God forbid you go against the groupthink and challenge it. I wasnāt in the mood for it, it wasnāt how I wanted to spend my weekend, but as soon as I saw the posts by someone in discord about how enjoyable it will be to see owners of several gotchis afflicted by slippageā¦ I knew something awfully insidious was at play and had to get involved.
Just finished reading all the shade in Discord casting my behavior as some villain 
Itās funny how awful and āout of lineā I have been described as for going against or calling all the mis-steps in procedure.
We can decide to be a true DAO or just a popularity contest online social club.
Procedure is more important than make-believe consensus aka groupthink.

I do not think you can take it down once it has started receiving votes 
Other than missing out on some xp, i am happy with the āyes/noā format, If you really are keen on switching to the old format, i do not see a problem with creating a new sigprop to put it to a vote
Unfortunately, by copy pasting 20% of the proposal everyone made together, he made it so the collaborative version can not be added to snapshot. What an interesting new āfeatureā of snapshot, that we have discoveredā¦
We should just ask for guidance in the morning. This is all very unexpected, as usual 
this setting gotchi timer system is not better than 0:00utc system:
- you will find you have to adjust the gotchiās timer again and again. that is because, you need to consider your altar ready time, also if your altar upgraded, the altar ready time will be changed.
- if most people choose for example 8:00UTC as gotchi channel time, then it will be no different from 0:00UTC system that now we used. as channeled lands qty increased in future, it will give server stress same as what happened now.
best way is to allow gotchis can channel all ready altars in the game. and we back to 24hour cooling down system. let us wait and to see if I am wrong or right.

Its in the bible ser. Thatās a planned feature. You will be able to set a cut on altars and other installations. I agree, BTW, that none of this really matters in the end. I just want you to be aware that this is already happening

Just because youāve scared off all other people participating, with a fight, doesnt mean that the people who check in early and expressed that they wanted to revert, were up to anything, or that you win by attrition.
All three options are and were valid, and as James saidā¦ with proper permissions upgrades, this is all very very pointless, because weāre going top be renting things out to scholar Aagents who run this empire for us at cut rates, and this will seem trivial, later.

thanks for your documents. and I hope these features can be applied as soon as possible, so I am sure for A, B or C. all these choises seems meaningless although I prefer B (24hours cooling down).

You know whats incredibly frustrating? if i channel my gotchi 8 hours before reset, and i want to lend my gotchi out for 12+ hours only to have someone tchannel my gotchi waiting for reset.
Reseting gotchi brings so much more flexibility to owners. So if you want to continue to reset your gotchis at 0utc than you can continue to do so.
Its like parcels, they cool down individually after each channel. So you have to wait anyways for your parcels to open up after 0:00utc. Sometimes if you have 30+ gotchis to channel, you will have to wait 1-2 hours for your parcels to open up anyways. Only difference is gotchis are all reset at the same time. If parcels were reset at same time, i can see the other option possibly. But they are not, if you channel at 01:00utc, you have to wait for appropriate cool down time depending on Level Altar.
If you can channel all your gotchis at the same time in bulk with all your parcels at same time in bulk maybe that would relieve some stress to owners jumping in and out of gotchiverse just to channel there 100+ parcels. But this is human interaction game. So that doesnt seem to be allowed.
