Agree 100%. I don’t think we need a DAO vote for this as skins fit squarely in Pixelcraft’s Gotchiverse domain and doesn’t affect any protocol assets.

as the OP, I’m all for it. I don’t seek XP for this, and am satisfied with implementation (if any) that is the least dev intensive.

Im hoping whatever they decide to implement, will add the basis for other functionality. Whether they skin it or remint… any sort of mechanism for redoing older assets would be an upgrade to the protocol.
Who knows, maybe later we want to add bump maps to tiles, add dapp functions to various assets, or simply add an alpha layer to some wearables.
