I bought my first 4 portals on the last auction but don’t really know the right way to start, how to pick the right aavegotchi, how to grow him and so on.
Can you help me with some link, some tutorials etc.?

I am relatively new as well, but I would recommend checking out their docs (https://aavegotchi.com/resources) and joining the discord discussion. Generally, the Gotchi w/ the higher base rarity score will be your best choice, but also personal preference in appearance.
