Also I still think directly messaging both whales and shrimp alike is a basic necessary effective marketing strategy. The masses of shrimps will daisychain into more advertising which will reach the ears of the whales and angel investors eventually. You just need to know what to write so the shrimp naturally starting doing word of mouth advertising instead of keeping it to themselves. And all without giving direct monetary compensation for the shrimp. Their compensation would be trying to pump their own bags.
